TREE NEWS reports: Beijing’s new home sales rose 10.3% year-on-year to 3,100 units in August, while existing home sales climbed 4.1% to 13,700 units. The gains follow a package of easing policies effective Aug 8, including relaxed purchase curbs and higher housing fund loan limits. Existing home sales have now exceeded 13,000 units for six consecutive months.
