TREE NEWS update: China’s Foreign Ministry said it has no information on a possible joint statement with the US on agriculture and related non-tariff barriers, after US Trade Representative Jamieson Greer suggested Thursday such a statement could be forthcoming. Spokesperson Guo Jiakun said Beijing and Washington should jointly implement the consensus reached by their heads of state to maintain stable trade relations.
