(JFC) said on Sept. 1 it plans to inject its overseas business into a new entity, Jollibee Foods Corporation International (JFCI), and list it on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The move, disclosed via the Philippine Stock Exchange, marks a shift in the company’s capital strategy. JFC operates Yonghe King in China.
