Li Shulei, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and head of the Publicity Department, attended and delivered a keynote speech. Huang Kunming, also a Political Bureau member and Guangdong Party chief, attended and addressed the forum. Participants highlighted Xi Jinping’s vision of building an Asia-Pacific community as a guide for open regional cooperation.
