TREE NEWS reports: SK Hynix is rapidly expanding its sixth-generation 10nm-class DRAM process, 1c nm, with market share expected to rise from about 10% in Q1 to 34% in Q4 this year. In Q1 2027, 1c nm share is projected to hit 35%, surpassing 1b (33%) and becoming the mainstream process. The company is accelerating the transition as 1c DRAM will be stacked in next-generation HBM.
