TREE NEWS update: China and the United States have maintained communication on artificial intelligence issues, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning said on May 7 in response to reports of a possible AI dialogue between the two countries in coming weeks. Mao made the remarks at a regular press briefing.
