TREE NEWS reports: Shanghai Composite rose 0.43% to 3,958.19 points at midday, while Shenzhen Component gained 0.39% to 13,664.14. ChiNext added 0.43%, CSI 300 rose 0.51%, but STAR 50 slipped 0.04%. CSI 500 and CSI 1000 also advanced.
