TREE NEWS update: China’s National Disease Control and Prevention Administration said COVID-19 cases nationwide have declined for three consecutive weeks, while influenza remains at a low epidemic level. At a press conference, spokesperson Xi Jingjing noted that dengue and chikungunya are still circulating as mosquito vectors remain active in southern provinces. Intestinal infectious diseases are also at a relatively low level.
