TREE NEWS update: Liu Liehong, head of China’s National Data Bureau, led a delegation to Guizhou on Aug 28-29, during the 2026 China International Big Data Industry Expo, to inspect data factor marketization reform. The team visited Guizhou Big Data Group, Guizhou AI Data Factory, Anxin Shutong, Lanxiang Zhilian, Shanghai Guan’an, and Tianyima, examining progress on market-based allocation of data factors.
