TREE NEWS update: On September 2, the cargo ship Haofeng departed Dalian Port with 14,000 tons of bagged chemicals, heading to Europe via the Arctic route. This marks the first voyage on the northern sea route for bulk cargo from China’s northern ports this year and the official resumption of the Dalian Port Arctic route after a hiatus of over ten years.
