TREE NEWS update: Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney will visit Strasbourg, France, and Liverpool, Britain from September 15 to 17, his office announced on September 12. In France he will address the European Parliament at the invitation of President Roberta Metsola and attend European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen’s State of the Union speech. In Britain he will hold a first meeting with UK Prime Minister Burnham, covering defence, energy, AI and critical minerals.
