StarkWare has opened its OffMarket service to the public, letting users trade on Polymarket without publicly linking positions to their existing accounts. The service, in limited early release since August, runs on Starknet’s shared privacy pool and caps single USDC deposits at $1,000. Orders execute on Polymarket at the same counterparties and market prices as regular trades, and OffMarket is fully non-custodial, with users retaining control of their private keys in the browser.

Real Vision founder Raoul Pal argues that most public blockchains are structurally doomed, citing CoinGecko data that over 13 million tokens stopped trading by the end of last year, the vast majority dying in 2025. He says only four survival paths exist: independent economies like Ethereum, Solana and Sui; vertical specialists like Hyperliquid; layer-2 networks; and BNB as a centralized platform token. Pal says only Ethereum, Solana and Sui held user economic density through the drawdown.

Eight early-stage projects are building on Uniswap v4 Hooks, the custom-rule smart contracts introduced when v4 launched in January 2025, spanning fee design, arbitrage-profit redistribution, liquidity management and token issuance. Among them, Hookr, What The Hook, The Standard Reserve and Bordrless carry market caps of $26.5M, $6.4M, $26.17M and $6.4M respectively. The report flags smart-contract, liquidity and token-value-capture risks, noting that deploying on Uniswap v4 does not constitute Uniswap endorsement.
