YMTC parent plans $4.6B IPO on STAR Market

Yangtze Memory Technologies’ parent company plans to raise up to 33 billion yuan ($4.6 billion) in a Shanghai STAR Market IPO. The listing would mark one of the largest chip-related IPOs in China, boosting domestic memory chip production amid US export controls.
